What should you do if you think that we are processing your data unlawfully?
You can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Poland, it is the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Authority (UODO).
What purpose do we process your data for?
For a marketing purpose, which means that marketing information is sent to you by email messages.
Do you have to provide us with your data?
It is voluntary but we will not be able to send marketing messages to you if you do not provide your data.
On what legal basis do we process your data?
1.     Article 6.1.(f) (our legitimate interest) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
2.      If you give your consent to receiving marketing messages at your email address, the legal basis will also be Article 10 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services and Article 172 of the Polish Act of 16 July 2004—Telecommunications Law.
What is our legitimate interest in processing your data?
Our legitimate interest is to conduct our marketing activities.
Who will we transfer your data to?
  • entities which host (store) our website and personal data for us,
  • marketing tools providers,
  • tool providers for newsletter mailing.
How long are we going to process your data?
For the duration of our marketing activities but no longer than until you object to any further processing of your data for marketing purposes or withdraw your consent to have messages sent to your email address. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
The Controller does not plan to transfer your personal data to recipients outside the EEA, i.e. to third countries/plans to transfer personal data to third countries.
After you have provided us with your data, can you object to their processing?
Yes, you can. And when we process your data for the purposes of direct marketing, you do not have to justify such an objection.
Will you be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling?
You will not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
