During AMBERIF Spring 2024, the statuette of Amber Personality of the Year 2023 was presented.

Giedymin Jablonski was selected as the Amber Personality of the Year 2023.
Giedymin Jablonski is one of the most recognized artists and promoters of amber and co-founder of IAA. He has curated many exhibitions, competitions and workshops on amber. He has worked as a lecturer at art schools, including the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk and the Royal College of Art in London.

The chapter recognized his immense and continuous commitment to the promotion of amber, especially in the field of conceptual jewelry and modern art. Giedymin Jablonski's achievements include numerous publications on amber, most recently, for example, in publications promoting Poland's EU presidency.  The main achievements of the last year are the launch of the "Fall of Faeton" project at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw in cooperation with IAA and participation in the creation of the book published by IAA, "Baltic Amber. Nature. History. Culture," in which he is the author of one of its six chapters: "Amber in Contemporary Art."
