We invite you to participate in the AMBERIF DESIGN AWARD (ADA) 2025 competition!

The Amberif Design Award is an international competition aimed at promoting Baltic amber as an intriguing medium of artistic expression. The competition is purely artistic in nature, focusing on the creativity and meaning behind the designer's response to the given theme (which changes annually).

Each year, the international jury includes prominent jewelry experts—artists, art historians, educators, and curators. The exhibition of works selected for the competition is presented during the AMBERIF fair, where the awards ceremony also takes place.

The theme of the 28th edition of the International Amber Jewelry Design Competition, AMBERIF DESIGN AWARD 2025, is Relations!

Key dates:

• Deadline for submissions: January 31, 2025
  (Entries should be submitted as photos or digital visualizations in jpg or pdf format with a resolution of 300 DPI.)
• Jury deliberations: February 4, 2025
• Deadline for delivering works for the exhibition: March 5, 2025
  (Works selected by the jury for the exhibition will be physically presented as finished objects or prototypes. Following the AMBERIF Fair, the exhibition will go on a six-month tour across Poland.)
• Awards ceremony: March 12, 2025

Prizes:

• Grand Prize of the Mayor of Gdańsk: PLN 30,000 gross (approx. €7,000)
• Silver Award: 1 kg of silver + a booth at the Amberif Spring 2026 Fair
• Amber Award of the International Amber Association: 1 kg of amber
• YES Gallery Financial Award
• Jury Distinction
