Lectures on Maucher's Casket

The Castle Museum in Malbork invites you to lectures that will take place as part of the temporary exhibition Christoph Maucher. An amber casket full of secrets and a scientific project: Technological research on the casket by Christoph Maucher, the most valuable amber object in the collection of the Malbork Castle Museum.
The lectures will be conducted by experienced amber researchers representing various fields of science, including: art historians, chemists, conservators, artists, academic lecturers. Some of the speakers belong to the International Amber Association.
The first meetings will be held on June 25th and 27th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Conference Room, Karwan on the occasion of World Amber Day. Admission to the events is free.
