In 2022, the International Amber Association established cooperation with the Stellarium Mine in  the certification program for Baltic amber products.

The aim of the cooperation is to ensure the transparency of obtaining amber from legal sources through its examination, from mining, through design and manufacture of the final product, to final use.

As part of the cooperation, the IAA Laboratory will do analyze in two stages:
- analyze the raw material purchased directly from the Stellarium mine and
- analyze the product made of this raw material.

The results of the tests will be presented in the form of the Amber Origin Certificate, which will additionally contain information about the place of extraction of the raw material: Stellarium, Poland. This certificate will be issued only for products made of natural, not modified Baltic amber.
