Ladies and gentlemen,

We cordially invite you to the IAA General Election Meeting, which will be held on September 2nd, 2021, at the Marshal's Office (Urząd Marszałkowski) at ul. Okopowa 21/27, Gdańsk, Bądkowski Room - first date at 9:00 am, second date 9:30 a.m.

There is a limit of places at the meeting due to epidemic regulations (80 people, every second is free). Therefore, please print and bring the participant's declaration (Appendix 1).

The documents referred to in the agenda (Appendix 2), i.e. balance sheets, changes in the regulations, and the IAA Charter, are available before the IAA General Meeting at the IAA Office (Warzywnicza 1, 80-838, Gdańsk), from Monday to Friday- 12 a.m -1 p.m.

Participation in the IAA General Meeting should be confirmed by e-mail or by traditional mail by August 25, 2021. Confirmations received after this date will not be taken into account and senders will not be able to participate in the IAA General Meeting. This also applies to authorizations that must be signed, scanned, and delivered to the IAA office by the above-mentioned date.

The need to confirm the meeting results from the need to rent a voting system, confirm the number of participants in the Marshal's Office, and prepare a set of documents for the National Court Register.

Additionally, we would like to remind you to wear protective masks on the premises of the Marshal's Office.
