The International Amber Association is a partner of the festival and the sponsor of the Amber Award - winner will receive 1 kg of baltic amber and the opportunity to organize an exhibition at the IAA Gallery.

The Legnica SILVER Festival is one of the largest reviews in Europe presenting, promoting and documenting activities in the field of broadly understood artistic jewelery – a niche area that lies on the borderline of the fields of art, craft and design. This event has been organised by the City Gallery of Art for over forty years. Every year in May, numerous jewellery exhibitions are held in Legnica, presenting several hundred items by Polish and foreign artists. This time – although in a hybrid formula – the Festival once again presents a series of artistic events centred around contemporary jewellery. The exhibitions available phisycally are accompanied by online activities and events – videos with curator tours, presentations of artists and exhibitions, photo shoots, as well as exhibition catalogues in pdf format and other materials relating to the history and the current edition of the Festival. This year’s edition of the SILVER Festival included 14 exhibitions of unique artistic jewellery, posters, photography and animation. They are located in 7 places in the heart of the town. We present about 1000 jewellery and design objects by over 500 artists from dozens of countries across 5 continents.
